a menu not to pass over

This month's Gourmet magazine has a wonderful article on Passover. What makes it so great is that it not only explains the traditions of Passover, but they also put a modern variation on it. Ironically, they asked an Indian chef to create an Indian-inspired Passover seder menu. How brilliant!
This really hit home for me because I am always trying to incorporate both of our cultures in everything we do, including holidays. I'm still not sure what will be on our Passover menu, but I do know that it will have a unique twist -- just wait and see.....

Very anxious to read your blog over the next week and find out what you guys eat during passover...especially if some dishes will be Indian-inspired!!! Both of your talents are so inspirational and continue to impress! Happy Passover!
