Hot Artichoke Dip
1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese
2/3 cup mayonnaise
2 cups artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 garlic clove chopped
1/4 cup chopped green onion
Mix all ingredients together and season to taste with salt and pepper. Bake at 325°F until lightly browned, around 25 minutes.
Enjoy with tortilla chips, friends, and cold fancy drinks.
